Q : ใช้ Windows7 แล้วเข้าเล่นเกมไม่ได้ขึ้นว่า Internet Explorer has stopped working
A : Internet Explorer has stopped working ของ Windows 7 ให้ดำเนินการแก้ไขดังนี้
1. เปิด Control Panel แล้วพิมพ์คำว่า User Account ลงไปใน Search Box
2. จะมี Link อยู่ล่างๆ ว่าให้ เปิด หรือ ปิด UAC Turn >>> User Account Control (UAC) on or off
3. Click เครื่องหมายถูกออก ตรงคำว่า Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
4. Restart เครื่อง Computer
หรือลองแก้ไขตามวิธีนี้
1. เข้าไปที่ Tool – Internet Option – Security – คลิกเครื่องหมายถูกที่ Enable protected Mode ออก
2. กด OK เลือกที่ Security คลิกเครื่องถูกที่ Enable Protected Mode ออกค่ะ
3. กด OKเลือก Security-Trusted Sites – คลิกเครื่องถูกที่ Enable protected Mode ออก
4. กด OK ลองปิด Firewalls ที่เครื่องและให้ท่านลองทำการ Login เข้าเกมใหม่อีกรอบ
