Come join the fun at Clubber of the Year 2023, an on-ground event where you can experience the thrill of the Qualifying Round all the way to the Finals! Even if you’re not taking part in the tournament, everyone’s invited to come down and join in the festivities. With Door Gifts and lucky draw with amazing rewards to giveaway, there’s never been a better time to gather with your friends and make new ones too!
The tournament will accept up to 48 56 players on a first come first serve basis, with a refundable registration fee of SGD 10 per player. Tournament slots will only be confirmed after payment has been made and acknowledged by the event organizer.
If a player withdraws, does not show up, or is disqualified for breaking tournament rules, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The registration link for Clubber of The Year 2023 will be released on May 13, 2023, at 4 PM (+8 GMT) on the Audition Next Level Telegram Channel (https://t.me/AuditionNextLevel), and registration will close on June 3, 2023, at 11:59 PM or when all slots have been filled, whichever is earlier.
Tournament Rules
This set of rules is designed to ensure that the tournament is conducted in a fair and professional manner, with all participants on an equal footing. It is important that all players abide by these rules, as failure to do so may result in disqualification.
1. Accessories such as bags/wings must be removed during the game to ensure fairness.
2. All participants must use the basic/default Audition Avatars (including Face).
3. The map used during the tournament will be Hip Hop Street, and players must keep the map turned on to avoid any unfair advantage.
4. The Metronome item is strictly prohibited during the tournament, and players must register with an account without Metronome during registration.
5. All players must use the default PC specifications to ensure an equal playing field.
6. Shader option is included in the latest update of Audition Next Level and will be automatically used during the tournament. Any tampering or modification of Audition Next Level files and folders is strictly prohibited to ensure fair and equal gameplay for all.
7. Players are allowed to use their personal devices such as keyboard/mouse/headset during the tournament. PC allocation priorities will be provided to players not using their own personal devices.
8. In the event of peripheral issues, players should alert the event marshals immediately. However, the game should not stop playing until a decision has been made and announced in the game chat.
9. In the event of abnormalities in the PC that affect gameplay, players should inform the event marshals via in-game chat. Re-match requests will not be entertained once the game has ended unless there is a global lag.
10. Potential rematches for legitimate disconnections will be on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed. The decision will be based on any potential foul play, as well as the score at the point of disconnection and the estimated projected score towards the end of the game.
11. Intentional disconnections such as ALT F4 will result in a 0 score for that round.
12. No outside food and drinks are allowed in Clique Gaming SAFRA Yishun.
13. Participants must adhere to the Game Policies of Audition Next Level throughout the tournament, and failure to do so will result in disqualification from the tournament and potential future tournaments. Should there be any participant’s account be suspended during the tournament period, the player will be automatically disqualified. 14. Event Marshals have the full authority to issue warnings or disqualify any players caught breaching the rules above.

FAM Rally
Mechanics:
FAM members will be required to take a group photo together on the day itself at Clique Gaming Safra (Yishun). We strongly encourage all your on-ground members to gather for the photo. However, it is not compulsory for all FAM members who attended the event to be present in the group photo if they are not available.
The FAM with the most number of attendees on-ground will be announced as the winner for the FAM Rally. (Submitted photos will be used as a reference too!) Rewards will only be credited to the FAM members who have registered for the door gifts, and are also in the FAM prior to the event.
To add some extra fun and excitement you can choose to colour coordinate your attires together or come up with something uniquely exclusive for your group photo! Fun shots would be a great idea too!
Group photo must be submitted via the Google Form which will be announced on Telegram on the event day by a FAM representative.
Submission of entries will be closed on 18th June 2023, 11:59PM (+8 GMT).
It all started during the pandemic — September 2021. Gaming has become more popular than ever during the pandemic era as people spend more time at home and seek out social connections online. Establishments are starting to open after the ECQ has been lifted and audistas are starting to find computer shops where they can play Audition once again. When that happened, some Audistas in Davao asked Greta, the fam master, for help in reviving the Audition Community in the city after a long break. Maintaining a family in Audition over the years can be challenging, the fact that Grandiose is still active after two years is such a significant accomplishment for us. Especially when handling different members across the nation, we even have members outside the Philippines as well. The main goal of Grandiose Fam is to promote a positive and safe experience for all players despite the occurring toxicity in the ANL Community. We want to make everyone feel as if the fam is a safe haven for them where they can play with the other members happily after a stressful day. Everyone willing to join our family are welcomed and accepted without any judgment nor basis on stereotypes and biases.

“They say love should be easy, but I’ll be glad to choose a love that’s hard as long as it’s with him. “
Ours isn’t really a love story. I think our relationship is a typical friendly couple thing. Surely, I love having Rein around. Rein and I first met in September 2022. It was around 3am my time and I couldn’t sleep. I joined a C8 mode room that was quite challenging, and Rein was there too. I remember there was Miu who we couldn’t beat and I engaged myself even more by saying “Sige matutulog lang ako kapag nanalo na ko.” Haha I remember Rein and I were both feeling frustrated but also were both so hooked that time and logged off so late. Vaguely, I remembered we added each other on discord and Rein said if ever I’m on around that time again and has no one to play with, I could just shoot him a msg. That time he was reviewing for his board exam and would play ANL to relax in between. After that, I think I only played with Rein again just one more time, and then I never saw him in game again. Two months later (Nov 2022), I hosted a C8C6 room. Then Rein joined me, using a different account. A game later he introduced himself and was like “papakilala lng sana ko pag natalo na kita haha.” I don’t remember how he used to play but, I was frustrated bcos our scores would get pretty close. He also admitted that he’s been on a secret training to beat me (including other players from when we met). I thought it was cute. But also I felt challenged. Since then I decided I want to focus on C8C6 again. We then would play together when we’re both on. Sometimes we’d join fam battles as team mates. Each moment with Rein was fun, I genuinely enjoy playing with him. He is so easygoing; he also gets along with my closest friends. He isn’t into the couple or garden thing at all as he enjoys upskilling more, while I tend to cling to people I like, so obviously it was me who asked if we can be a couple. That was in Dec 2022. I think Rein and I both treat the game as a past time, a way to chill after a busy day. We tend to keep our personal lives private. We’d talk outside the game but only about it. If I did well, I’d send him a screenshot of the scoreboard and he’d sometimes do the same too. Or we’d talk about which is a better keyboard to use haha. We both wanted to be “legendary” C8C6 players, and I think this is why our relationship works and why we still stick together. We’re onto a similar goal. Bcos of Rein, I look forward to playing ANL. We challenge each other to be better, and at the same time, we’d be supportive as well. When its just us, we compete. But when someone better joins us, we’d be sending whispers, like “focus tayo, talunin natin yan.” Or sometimes we’d just be proud of each other. Rein, if this entry wins then u get to read this. Sabi mo hindi tayo mananalo dito at wala tayong pag asa haha pero charaaaan! Told ya, gagalingan ko (ang achiever ko talaga). Sinuyod ko pa talaga ung mga screenshots sa folder ko. Panay panghahamon sayo talaga ginagawa ko haha. I just want you to know how grateful I am of our friendship. You’re super chill, and you make me feel excited to play ANL. Until now, Patrick never fails to fulfill his promises na binitawan nya sa simbahan. It’s something na hindi ko matatawag na “bare minimum” lang for he always sets the standard so high. Our love might not be rainbows and butterflies everyday, but I rather have him during bad times than with someone else. Kahit na LDR kami, our patient hearts are always happy and willing to wait na magkita ulit. We got to learn to enjoy the smallest things, even for a short period of time, which is a love that everyone deserves to have – a slow love, patient and consistent.
