  • Go to any 7ELEVEN branches nationwide, go to the CLIQQ Machine.
  • On the screen, tap the E-Pins > Level Up > Amount (you wish to purchase)
  • Type your mobile number on where the system will text the card serial number and card pin
  • Tap OK to print the bar code (proof of purchase)
  • Bring the printed bar code to the 7-Eleven cashier and pay the amount
  • Please wait for the SMS coming from EC Pay.

GAMEX (Smart, TNT and Sun) – HOW TO BUY PLAYPARK / LEVEL UP LOAD! [e-PINS]

  • Using your PC, mobile phone or tablet, go to www.epins.GameX.ph
  • Select your favourite PLAYPARK game. You will be redirected to your chosen game’s page.
  • Choose the ePIN amount or denomination you want to buy from the dropdown selection. Click ‘BUY’.
  • Upon clicking ‘BUY’ you will be prompted to enter your mobile number.
  • You will receive a verification code via SMS.
  • Enter the Verification Code.
  • Click ‘SUBMIT’. If you have sufficient mobile load balance [prepaid] or credit limit [postpaid], your transaction will proceed. Upon successful transaction, Click the ‘CLICK TO VIEW PURCHASED PIN’ button.
  • Your ePIN code will be displayed on web.

  • Choose the ePIN amount or denomination you want to buy by clicking ‘Add to cart’ and adjust preferred Qty.

  • Enter your registered Globe or TM Mobile number and password to proceed.
  • If you have sufficient mobile load balance [Globe or TM prepaid] your transaction will proceed. Upon successful transaction, your ePIN code will be displayed on web. Check your registered mobile number for the confirmation.

  • Log in your account through Level Up Play top up website. https://play.levelupgames.ph
  • Click “Top Up with ePLUS Online” on the left side section.
  • Please select your preferred denomination available in LU20, LU50, LU100, LU350, LU500, LU1000 and LU2000 and Click TOP UP button.
  • On the Openbucks Payment verification, enter your ePLUS Card # [16 digits] and Pin # [6digits]. Complete the required fields to proceed.
  • Click BUY AND PAY with eplus.
  • Go back to your LU Play website and check account. It will automatically be added to your game credits.

 

HOW TO TOP-UP USING PAYPAL

  1. Got to Playpark.com and click on “Top Up”

  1. You will be redirected to PlayMall.com
  • Scroll down and click on “Go to PlayMall”

  1. Select your game account login type

  1. Key in your account credentials and click on “Log In”

  1. Once you are in your account page, click on “Top Up”

  1. Select Paypal PH

  1. Select the amount you wish to purchase from the drop down menu, then click on topup

  1. Transaction confirmation page will be shown, requiring you to proceed. Once the amount and other details are correct, click on “Confirm”

 

  1. You will then be directed to the Paypal Check out page.
  • Logon your Paypal account, or key in your card details if you don’t have an existing account

  1. Select the payment method or card to be used for the transaction, then click on “Continue”

  1. Paypal confirmation page will be shown. Click “Continue” to proceed with payment

  1. The payment screen will be closed notifying a successful transaction. You will be returned to your PlayMall account page showing the new balance for the recent purchase.

Transaction History View

  1. Lastly, you will receive an email notification to your registered Paypal email address.
  • Note: Please don’t delete the email notification because this will serve as your official receipt.

 

HOW TO TOP-UP USING PLAYPARK PREPAID CARD

Playmall Top Up Guide

  1. Visit https://playmall.playpark.com/login.aspx and choose your login type.

  1. Choose the type of currency you wish to use and click Confirm. Do note that you need to wait for 60 days before you can change again your currency.

  1. To top up your PlayID account, click top up button. Click LevelUp and type the Card Serial and Password and click Top Up.

  1. Once top up is successful, it will be credited to your account as PH Point. Also, it will expire after 365 days upon top up. You may now convert your Points to Audition Next Level. Please do note that once your points are converted to game points already, you will not be able to refund the said points.
